Meet the Founder

Alexandra has a Masters Degree in Economics and Management in Arts, Culture, Media & Entertainment, with a Major in Fashion and Luxury Management from  Bocconi University in Milan, and several post-graduate executive programs:

• in M&A and Corporate Restructuring and, in Executive Leadership, both from SDA Bocconi School of Management in Milan, and

• in Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt investments from AIFI, the Italian Association of Private Equity, Venture Capital and Private Debt.

​

She started her career at Christian Dior Couture Italy as business & marketing analyst, before moving to Brioni to work on the post-merger integration of Brioni into the Kering group.

​

Later she specialized in strategic marketing and international business development and became in charge of the global licensing business unit for Ciwifurs SPA (a company of the Valentino Group) with a global responsibility for Valentino and Giambattista Valli brands.

​

In 2018 she founded her first advisory practice - FLD Consulting, that later developed into FLAME Strategy & Productions. 

​

In serving clients across Luxury & Lifestyle, for one in particular - Club degli Orafi Italia -  the leading Italian Jewellery association - she had an active executive role, building partnerships, strategic comunication projects, events, content formats and experiences with Bulgari, Gucci Jewelry, De Beers Group, Unoaerre, Morellato Group, Pedemonte Group - LVMH, Mattioli, World Gold Council, as well as with leading Italian B2B suppliers in Fine Jewelry, Foundations, Financial institutions, Universities and Art Fairs.

In 2016 she has founded and managed for several years the Bocconi Alumni Fashion Luxury Design chapter -  the leading business community of  C-levels and decision makers in the global luxury industry and organized 25+ luxury industry Summits, Conferences and Experiences (see some selected events here)

She speaks fluently five languages, making her a valued partner for global brands and investors. 

​
